Things to know before you book:

Parking:
Parking at The Poppy Cottage is a little unique but very typical of a lot of lake front living.
There are only 2 Parking spots. One on the south side of the house and one on the north(entrance) side of the house. If you are meeting with other people there please take note that there is no wiggle room on it so car pooling is going to be the best option.
The road is a "no outlet" road and turning a trailer around or parking one is not a great idea. There's no cul de sac or any other area to turn around.

Water Access:
The water access is basically viewing only. There is no beach, only rocks that were placed to eliminate erosion. They can be traversed but it's not recommended.
Beach access would require a car ride to a public access point . The closest being 8 minutes away and is called Cedar Point County Park.
